We do not provide legal advice, insurance advice, underwriting, or any regulated financial service. Our audit reports are professional opinions based on publicly available information and client-provided information — they are not legal documents.
When you purchase an audit, you are buying a written report delivered within the stated timeframe. The audit scope covers the agents specified at time of purchase. Additional agents may be added at our discretion for an additional fee.
Payment is processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you also accept Stripe's terms of service. We do not store payment card information.
Audits are delivered by email in Word (.docx) format within the timeframe stated at purchase (typically 5–10 business days depending on tier). Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on client responsiveness during the information-gathering phase.
If work has not yet commenced on your audit (i.e., we have not yet contacted you to begin the information-gathering process), you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.
Once work has commenced, refunds are at our discretion. If we are unable to complete your audit for any reason on our side, you will receive a full refund.

The NodeClear framework, scoring methodology, checklist, and report templates are the intellectual property of Constellation Governance. Your audit report is yours — you may use it internally, share it with your legal advisers and insurers, and use it as a governance document for clients.
You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute the NodeClear framework or methodology without a white-label partner agreement.
The free 12-question checklist on our website is provided for indicative purposes only. Results are automated estimates based on your answers — they are not a professional assessment. The checklist score should not be relied upon as a definitive statement of your legal or insurance position.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms as our services evolve. The date at the top of this page shows the last update. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
